The client accepts the following conditions when bidding and buying in COVERUP.PRO

1.1 Refund / re-shipment requests will only be accepted at no cost for the following reasons:

* The product has not arrived after 90 days of being sent

* The product arrived damaged or was lost on the way

* When the product have a fail or similar, in all cases we’ll send new piece without cost for the customer

1.2 No refunds or claims will be accepted in the following cases:

* When the product does not have any defects

* When the customer, due to misuse, damages the product

* When more than 30 natural days have passed since the purchase of the order

* When the country of the customer, its out of UE Commercial Zone.


1.3 Condition for accepted refunds:

*The price of shipment to return the product to our warehouse, is the responsibility of the customer.

* The product need to have all pieces (include rubbers + sticky woods + all parts)

*We need receive the product in our office, and after check the package, we’ll course the refund.

* Price of the shipment, don’t will be refounded when the customer wish to send back the product for anything reason,

* For non UE shipments, we charge customs costs to the customer refound.

1- We will try to send your order as quickly as possible, if any of the products you have requested is not in stock, it will be put into production which takes time, we appreciate your patience.

2- All shipments outside the European Union, need the numerical identification of the buyer (Spanish customs), if you have not provided this at checkout, we will choose one at random, but we will not take charge after the problems that may cause in his country. Still in time to send this data!
